Small baskets are always useful for all kinds of odds and ends. 

Any yarn is suitable for crocheting. The baskets shown here measure between 20 and 23 cm. The pattern is explained in detail with many pictures in the 10-page pattern.

Material:

• approx. 25 g cotton (e.g., Catania by Schachenmayr for hook size 2.5 - 3.5
• crochet hook size 2.5
• 1 x 5-minute instant noodle cup or yogurt cup of a similar size

A quick last-minute gift, a way to spruce up a small, lovely present, or simply a little storage box for your own jewelry, odds and ends, etc. Very easy - suitable for beginners too! You should know: chain stitch (ch), single crochet (sc), slip stitch (sl st). You’ll need: a 6 mm crochet hook, leftover yarn in your favorite colors (combine several and crochet them together until you have a strand that works well with a 6 mm hook).

You can make a very special basket with the crochet pattern for the "Egg/Breakfast Basket".

Storage baskets and little baskets — who doesn’t love them? I, for one, have lots of big and small ones for all sorts of things. That’s why you can never have enough of them.

Here comes my second basket recommendation: the round bobble basket.
I especially like it because it’s colorful and you can combine different colors. The colorful bobbles make it look really cheerful. If you store your knitting or crochet supplies in it, it looks wonderfully decorative.

What do you need for it?
1. My pattern
2. Bravo yarn (yardage 133 m/50 g; 100 g for the base, 100 g for the folded rim, colorful leftovers)
3. Crochet hooks size 3.5 and 4 or 4.5
4. a piece of cardboard for the base (it is worked in and won’t be visible later).

Since my last two recommendations were suitable for everyone, as my third one I’d also like to recommend my pattern for a hanging storage basket to you. This beautiful and practical storage basket will delight every girl. It’s perfect for storing her treasures, and it can be rearranged on the hanger in the children’s room whenever she likes.

What you need for it:

• 1 wooden hanger with bar

If you want a quick, stylish, and unusual result, you should buy the Anguis storage basket.






Anguis is the Latin word for snake. Because of the planned pooling, this storage basket reminds me a little of snakeskin, so I thought the name was quite fitting. This technique is ideal for hand-dyed sock yarn with medium-length color runs. Anyone who likes to play around a bit with yarn and colors will have a lot of fun with pooling.
