Here’s the crochet pattern for “knitting grandma”

Why not crochet yourself? You can often be found with a crochet or knitting project in your hands, just like my “knitting grandma.” With a different hair color and hairstyle, she quickly becomes a young woman—or even your own likeness. You hardly need any prior knowledge, and you don’t need to have crocheted many amigurumi before to be able to crochet this grandma.
Have fun!

You need:
  • leftover yarn in various colors (all in a similar thickness. I used yarn that is crocheted with a size 3 crochet hook.)
  • a small amount of stuffing
  • sew-on googly eyes, toothpicks

Pattern contents:
  • basics of amigurumi crochet briefly explained
  • illustrated pattern

Knit yourself something warming for body and mind - with the beautiful poncho and hat set "Siria and Beria".

The poncho is wonderfully easy to make with beautifully fluffy winter yarn. It is knitted as a large rectangle, then two sides are crocheted together. Finally, fringe is knotted into the newly created edge. The hat is named Beria because in Elvish this means “protecting,” and the hat wonderfully protects your head from the cold of winter. You get 2 knitting patterns here for the price of one! ☺

This is all included:
  • 14-page pattern!
  • written instructions for the poncho and hat
  • charts for the poncho and hat
  • photo tutorial for the horizontal rib pattern
  • schematic drawings for the poncho and hat
  • intermediate difficulty level
Materials needed for the poncho

  • approx. 350 grams of yarn (e.g. MyBoshi “Flow” or another yarn in a corresponding weight, approx. 900 meters of yarn)
  • size 7 knitting needle
  • 2 stitch markers
  • size 7 crochet hook
  • scissors
Materials needed for the hat

  • approx. 50 grams of yarn (e.g. MyBoshi “Flow” or another yarn in a corresponding weight, approx. 125 meters of yarn)
  • size 7 knitting needle
  • 2 stitch markers
  • size 7 crochet hook
  • scissors
Here is the pattern

Sometimes you just have to treat yourself to something nice! How about this cuddly-soft JORDIS crochet set, consisting of a cowl, hat, and wrist warmers? The cheerful colors are a wonderful remedy for the winter blues! The solid-colored yarn that is worked together with the cowl and hat is soft, soft, soft thanks to its cashmere content! And for special occasions, the crocheted rose pin adds the ultimate eye-catcher! Treat yourself to this cozy set made with "Mille Colori Baby" and "Lusso" by Lang Yarns!

And the whole set is available at a 30% discount compared to the individual patterns! Get the crochet patterns right here:

Keep your head warm during the cold season.
With the Varya knitted hat, you won’t get cold and you’ll make it through the winter in style.

The hat isn’t knitted in the round but in rows, so you don’t need a set of double-pointed needles.

You also don’t need to calculate your head circumference. You simply knit until the hat fits around your head. That’s why the pattern works for all sizes. ☺ The width of the hat is—depending on the yarn—about 28–30 cm.

Materials needed:

  • Approx. 70 grams of yarn for needle sizes 6–7 or approx. 140 meters (e.g., MyBoshi Goat or similar yarn; please note the yardage)
  • Size 6–7 knitting needles
  • 2 stitch markers
  • Measuring tape
  • Scissors
  • Sewing needle
  • some leftover yarn for the provisional cast-on
  • Crochet hook
The pattern includes:

  • 9 pages
  • Written instructions
  • Charts
  • Photo tutorial for the horizontal ribbing
  • Explanation of the provisional cast-on
Difficulty level: easy to medium

Get this great knitting pattern now and treat yourself to some warmth. ☺
And best of all: You can save up to 30% on the pattern price in December!
