Crochet Modeling - Labrador Retriever
Crochet Modeling means something like modeling while crocheting. Unlike amigurumi, where simple geometric shapes are crocheted and sewn together to create a doll-like figure, Crochet Modeling lets you crochet very realistic figures. Crochet Modeling is a little more time-consuming than crocheting amigurumi, but the result speaks for itself. Basic crochet skills and knowledge of the different stitch types are required. By using single crochet stitches, compensating stitches, increases, decreases, chain stitches, short rows, post stitches, post-stitch increases and decreases, and of course yarn colors in a targeted way, faces and bodies can be shaped quite realistically. This makes it possible, for example, to recreate your beloved pet. This was also the basis for developing this technique. In this pattern, I show how impressive results can be achieved with this technique using a Labrador Retriever as an example. The pattern is very detailed and extensive. Over 59 pages, I show and explain step by step (172 photos illustrate the modeling) how Crochet Modeling works. I have tried to write this pattern in so much detail that even beginners with basic skills can follow it.
