Pattern not accessible

Hello
I purchased a pattern and added store credit to my account, but unfortunately I can't download it. I also can't log in because I don't have a password. I can't change anything either because I don't have a password.
How can I get my pattern?

I’ve already done this twice and haven’t received a response yet.
This is frustrating because I added funds and bought the product, but now I’m not getting anything.

@Missy55, welcome to our forum and to the platform. Sometimes work piles up for Support, so it can take a while before they can reply. There are two options you can still try.
You may be able to access your pattern via this link here:
https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/users/downloads
The second option is to go directly to the product page of the purchased pattern and click the "browse this pattern online" button on the right.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t work either—I have to log in to do that, but I don’t have a password. I never set one. I can’t use the “Forgot Password” option either because the email isn’t accepted or the account hasn’t been activated. I also never received an email to activate my account.
So how do I get my pattern or the store credit I added?

You’re posting as Missy55 and are therefore logged in with the Missy55 account. Since you’re logged in here with the Missy55 account, you must have set a password for Missy55, because that is always required during registration. Without a password, you wouldn’t have posting rights here at all, since guests without a password can’t post here.

If you bought it with a different account, then the tips I mentioned won’t be applicable. In that case, please proceed as follows:
Please go to your mailbox and check the SPAM folder to see whether the activation email can still be found there.

Did you deposit the money into the store credit account for Missy55 or for a different account?
You can only download patterns with the account you used to buy them.
