I’m currently sewing new covers for our balcony cushions. It’s quite a hassle (I ordered 4 meters of fabric), and the cushions measure 170 x 50 and 170 x 70 cm, respectively. Even with a cutting table, that made handling them a bit tricky. The long strips—including the zippers—were almost a piece of cake by comparison. But the outdoor fabric is actually waterproof. The drops of sweat that ran while I was cutting it beaded right off wonderfully!
