Headband or hat?

Do you prefer hats or headbands?

I prefer hats because they keep the top of my head warm. Plus, they usually cover my ears and extend further down my neck. In my opinion, most headbands (unless they’re those big fleece ones) are more like fashion accessories 😊

I also prefer hats to headbands.

Since I always sweat a lot on my head, even in winter, I prefer headbands—it really has to be pretty cold for me to put on a hat.

If I just want some light protection for my ears while I’m out for a walk, I go for the headband.

Otherwise, I prefer hats—they keep me warm and make me feel cozy.

I’ve come to love hats while on vacation. We’re “outdoor people.” Often, as soon as I get out of bed, I reach for a hat, because I love drinking my first cup of coffee outside while on vacation. A hat and a blanket—a wonderful way to start the day. 

Hats, of course! Headbands don’t look good on me.
Plus, hats are better for getting through a “bad hair day.” And for days when it’s not so cold, there’s a selection of hats made from thinner yarns. 

Actually, I don’t really like having anything on my head at all—a scarf pulled up over my head is usually enough for me. But if I had to choose, I’d prefer a headband.
