Dear users, dear authors,
how about potholders / washcloths / dishcloths / granny squares as a small project for in between and for using up all your scraps / leftover yarn / fabric scraps? Shop now.

@Authors,
2-3 patterns per author are enough. Don’t forget links, images, info, etc. All patterns advertised here must have at least 10 sales / a CR of at least 2% and must not have been advertised in the forum in the past 3 weeks.

Are you still missing an all-rounder in your kitchen?
Whether as a potholder, dishcloth, or coaster - you can make all of these from my tutorial for "Knitting rib pattern in double-face".

The two-sided PDF pattern with step-by-step instructions is suitable for anyone familiar with the double-face technique.

You can also decorate your kitchen with wintery accents to match the season:

The two “Snowman and Snowwoman” pot holders are very easy to crochet, even for beginners, since they’re essentially made up of circular discs. They’re worked in double layers so you can slip your hand inside.

For the two “Polar Bear and Penguin” pot holders you should have a bit more experience with crocheting. They’re crocheted from a chart using the tapestry technique, in which the threads of the colors not currently in use are carried along and crocheted over. This means there are no floats on the back, and you don’t have to weave in as many ends at the end.

Of course, gingerbread is a must during the Advent season. These gingerbread pot holders with a personalized message are guaranteed not to ruin your figure. The lettering consists of foundation chains that are shaped into letters and sewn on. This way, you can customize your pot holders and add a fitting saying.

Depending on the thickness of the yarn you use, you can knit soft washcloths, sturdy dishcloths, or even pot holders from these motifs. You’ll find many more motifs in my shop—just stop by and browse around a bit 🤗

Do you also enjoy crocheting granny squares? I find them very practical as a little crochet project to work on in between other things or when I’m on the go. Usually, after crocheting the pattern 3–4 times, you’ve got it memorized and it goes quickly.

For a blanket, you need quite a few of these little squares, so you end up crocheting them on and off over a longer period of time.

Granny No. 5 - Flower

Granny No. 6

As you can see, there are several granny squares in my shop. In total, there are 8 different granny squares, all of which match in size. This way, you can create a beautiful, varied blanket.

All patterns are written round by round, and I’ve also included a crochet chart.

With some cotton yarn, a suitable circular knitting needle, and a little time, you can easily knit these Christmas-themed cloths.
You can use them as dishcloths / washcloths / Christmas doilies / napkins / potholders, etc.
In the patterns, every row is explained stitch by stitch.
You also get a chart for each one.
If you’d like to give the cloths as gifts, you can choose a motif that suits you from the included printable bands, print it out, and write on it. Your Christmas gift is ready.

Here is a small selection from my motif collection, which already includes over 130 different motifs:
