Have a great weekend: what are your plans?

Dear users and authors,
do you have any plans for the weekend? I hope you have a relaxing weekend. 

Dear Josefa, I hope you and everyone else have a wonderful weekend, too.

We’ve got a full schedule—today we decorated and put together a Halloween house (like the gingerbread house at Christmas) with our grandson.

Tomorrow we’re going to a friend’s 60th birthday party, and on Sunday there’s a craft fair in the neighboring town.

Unfortunately, the weather—and the forecast for the coming days—isn’t great. We had so many hours of sunshine this week; it’s actually a shame that it’s gone away.

It’s raining here today, but we’ve had really nice weather most of the time so far—that was great. Next door, it looks like we’ll have a major construction site for a while; the old single-family home is being torn down, and an apartment building is going up in its place. Unfortunately, the beautiful old garden is being destroyed in the process. When they started (at 7 a.m., of course), it really made us feel uneasy—one tree after another was being cut down. But now it’s been quiet there for a week. Most of the house has been torn down, half the trees are gone, but then they stopped. Oh well, it can stay that way as far as I’m concerned....
I’m going to finish up a few crochet projects and then pick out something new—same goes for reading; I’ll finish a book today, and I’m also going to bake a cake.

I’m going to pop over to the glass recycling bin first and pick up a few little things on my way back, then I’ll sit back down and keep knitting the little doll.
