During the Advent and Christmas season, of course, the breakfast table should also be decorated to match the season. These cute Christmas-themed egg cozies are both decorative and functional. If you have a few pieces of leftover yarn in the Christmas colors of red, white, green, gold, and black, you can crochet St. Nicholas, a snowman, and a Christmas angel in no time.

You can use this Santa Claus decoration not only in winter but also in spring! That’s because the reversible doll “Nikolausi – Osterhasi” can be transformed from St. Nicholas into an Easter bunny in the blink of an eye simply by turning it inside out. Isn’t that an original idea?

White Christmases have become a rarity these days. So what? Then we’ll just crochet our own snowflakes! When we hang them in the window, it almost feels like it really snowed.

If you’d like to make an Advent calendar yourself, you should ideally start right away. How about this Christmas tree? It has 25 containers in different sizes that you can fill however you like.

The calendar measures approx. 32 x 27 x 4.5 cm, is made from photo cardstock, and is decorated with patterned paper. You’ll receive the motif as a download together with the pattern. The containers are each very easy to make, but so that everything fits together in the end, you should work precisely.

With hand-knitted Christmas doilies, you can create your own unique Advent or Christmas decorations.
You can also use the doilies as dishcloths, washcloths, comfort blankets, pet towels, or napkins.
You can combine several of them to make a cushion cover, a table runner, a centerpiece, or even a tablecloth.

From my collection of motifs, I’ve picked out two of my Christmas designs for you.
They are quite easy to knit, because for all the motif cloths I’ve written out every row stitch by stitch, and you also always get a chart.
You’ll also receive printable labels with various motifs, including Christmas ones, as a free-bonus.

Do you prefer crocheting?
No problem, I have something for you too.
My crochet pattern “Christmas Assortment with Santa Hat and Boots” is quick to crochet and can be made, for example, as a bookmark or, with a longer connecting piece, as a gift ribbon.
You can make a festive bag charm from it or tie it to the zipper of your winter jacket when you go to the Christmas market.

It only takes a few scraps of yarn, and your new Advent or Christmas decoration is ready.

Have fun knitting and crocheting
