The great thing about gradient cakes, gradient yarn, and effect yarn is that you can achieve a big impact with just a simple pattern. Here, the colors come straight from the ball of yarn and unfold their very own magic. Here are 3 examples from me.
I hope you enjoy looking at them and making them yourself.

Universal cowl for the whole family
The pattern is very clear and consists of only 2 pattern rounds that repeat continuously. The lovely look comes from the combination of gradient yarn and pattern. You can knit it in 3 sizes for the kids, the lady, or the gentleman of the house. A solid color is possible too, of course; men in particular tend to prefer more subtle colors.
Lace shawl for beginners
Here, too, there is a lovely, easy-to-follow wave pattern that consists of only 2 rows that repeat continuously. The pattern reveals its beauty through the gentle color gradient of the yarn and after blocking. That is when all the stitches open up and the lace effect appears. You can wear the shawl open or knotted, because it is very light and delicate.
Endless blanket made with a gradient cake
This beautiful gradient cake, for which I put together the colors from merino wool myself, becomes a pretty baby blanket. You crochet it from the inside outward, so the size is variable. My blanket is 70 x 70 cm. I could easily keep crocheting with another gradient cake—just as large as I wanted. You can also crochet small squares in this style and join them together into a pillow.
