Starting School and School Cones

For us, starting school was already a few years ago now—our grandson is going into 4th grade after the summer holidays.  And for my children, it was much longer ago....

Nina showed us the wonderful school cone she made for her daughter when she started school here in this post. It turned out beautiful and one of a kind. 

Would you perhaps like to show the school cones you have already made for a child starting school?

For my children, back then we crafted them together with the children at kindergarten. Unfortunately, there were no digital pictures back then, but we did lots of cutting and gluing, and the school cones turned out super beautiful. 

I was allowed to make the school cone for my grandson, too. This time he chose the theme, and I sewed it. Super Mario..... It was a lot of fun, and his sparkling eyes were my reward.
