Make warm items for cool summer evenings now

Dear users, dear authors,
here in the thread and in the shop you’ll find great patterns for jackets, vests. soul warmers, blankets, and everything that keeps you pleasantly warm.

With the cool summer weather that’s hanging around in many places right now, you find yourself longing for something warm. Here are a few ideas from me:

Fringed poncho

This is very easy to knit, even for knitting beginners with perseverance. Quickly thrown on, it quickly provides warmth—and it looks modern and stylish too.



Dolls need warm coverings too, e.g. little cardigans. These are knitted as a raglan from the top down. The length is variable.

And because we all always have leftovers of sock yarn, we can also knit a few little turtleneck sweaters for the dolls right away. These are also knitted as a raglan from the top down. The length is variable.

This cozy sleeping bag made from cuddly-soft merino wool fits dolls up to approx. 50 cm, and newborns too. Just the thing for cool nights, even in summer.

The sleeping bag is quick and easy to knit. It also makes a wonderful gift for a new baby. After all, the tiniest babies still need to be nice and warm.

When it gets chilly in the evening, you can wrap yourself in a blanket and enjoy the summer evening for much longer.
Think you don’t have the patience to crochet an entire blanket? Then why not try a temperature blanket! This is an exciting project that only takes a few minutes each day, since you crochet just one row per day. You don’t need to worry about the color sequence—it develops on its own. Specific temperature ranges are assigned to the colors. So the temperature on any given day determines the color you’ll use to crochet your row. It might look something like this:

This baby cardigan can be knitted in 3 sizes (0–12 months)

The pattern is worked over 2 rows. The pattern is written in detail. I have specified a stitch count for the yarn used and also given the size in cm.

....the choice is yours. With this cuddly soft yarn, you'll feel warm even while crocheting. You decide the length and style (vest or with sleeves), and whether with or without a hood. Or you can simply make both😊.

With a few thick leftover yarns or with yarn held double or triple, you can knit these warm, colorful slippers in no time.
Warm bed slippers are always a welcome gift and don't have to be worn only in bed.
They're also very useful for lounging on the sofa or when camping.

Only knit stitches are used, so even beginners could knit these thick bed socks.
