I just finished my knitting pattern for a dishcloth / doily / washcloth / cleaning cloth
with the bicycle motif: my bicycle.
It’s not hard to knit at all, because you only work knit and purl stitches in a specific order. I describe this order in detail in my pattern.
This makes the pattern suitable for beginners, too.

The Raven Socks are knitted with just 2 needles using knit stitches to create a patchwork look.

Here’s something to make you smile—a cheeky flock of sheep right in the middle of a pot holder :-) The pot holders are knitted using the double-face technique. The pattern explains exactly how to make both sides just a little bit different, so that you see the sheep from the front on one side and from the back on the other. The pattern also includes detailed instructions on the basics of double-face knitting, in case you’re not yet familiar with this technique.

Using slightly thinner yarn, you can also knit this design into a cozy, soft washcloth or a practical dishcloth. Either way, you’ll end up with not only useful items but also a great decorative touch for your kitchen or bathroom!

Sugar Cube is the name of my new socks, which I designed at the "Zuckerstück" café.
You can knit any size from size 30-50. Sweet details add variety to the knitting.

The shawl Sinead is a beginner-friendly knitting project. The pattern describes 2 versions in different widths. You can knit it either a little narrower, like a scarf, or a little wider (the red one). I dedicated the shawl to the Irish singer Sinead O'Connor.

“Never Let Me Down (Again)” is a pattern for lace socks in 6 sizes (circumference). Any size from size 30 onward can be knitted. The pattern is somewhat challenging.

I still have 2 patterns for 6-ply sock yarn. Both patterns are beginner-friendly, and all sizes from 36/37 to 50/51 can be knitted.

Windows is a pattern with a textured design that reminds you of little windows.

The fun thing about Update: You can wear these socks on either side. They are reversible socks that look good on both sides.

With these hot temperatures, we should take a cue from sloths—move as slowly as possible and just laze around ;-) That makes this pattern for a dishcloth or washcloth the perfect fit. You can knit small projects like these even on warm days, especially since the yarn (cotton or a cotton-bamboo blend) feels pleasant to the touch. 

The knitting is very simple, using only knit and purl stitches—even beginners can handle it.
