Enchanting Doll Clothes to Mix and Match

This doll dress is a dream for all doll mommies. You can combine it with little sleeves, a bolero, hat, and/or cape. You’ll have fun with it even while crocheting.

In picture 2, you can see the dress as a short dress. Here I completed it with an overskirt. Anything is possible and everything can be mixed and matched beautifully. The pattern includes 8 individual pieces of clothing.





Airy Summer Dress with Hat

This one is also an absolute dream dress for summer. But it’s airier and lighter than the other one. I crocheted it in several colors and color combinations for my 6-year-old granddaughter. It was the most wonderful gift of all :-) You can’t buy it, only make it yourself.

"Hopp, hopp, hopp, little horse, gallop along!" This "little horse" is a unicorn, which is still especially popular with little girls. Violetta the unicorn is particularly well suited for all children who also like to romp around a bit more wildly, because it is crocheted from cuddly-soft plush yarn, and the stick is very soft too, since a pool noodle was used for it. This helps avoid injuries and damage to furniture. Violetta’s mane and bridle are crocheted from cotton yarn. Her faithful look comes from her large glass eyes with long eyelashes.

I also used different materials for Percy the peacock: mainly royal blue cotton yarn for the body, and I worked colorful fringe yarn into the tail so it turns out nice and feathery. The crest is made from blue pipe cleaners that were trimmed a little.

And Hanny the little bee was also created from a mix of different materials. The body is crocheted with plush yarn. At the same time, I crocheted along a thin cotton thread as a carry-along thread: a black thread with the yellow plush yarn and a yellow thread with the black plush yarn. Yes, it works, and you practically can’t see it. But it has the advantage that you don’t have any trouble recognizing the stitches while crocheting. Hanny the little bee’s wings are made from Catania Glamour, a white cotton yarn with a silver thread. This makes them sparkle beautifully. The antennae are again black pipe cleaners.

A pattern mix of a very special kind is this colorful feel-good blanket. Each pattern section is knitted from one skein. It features not only many different colors, but also many patterns. The pieces are simply knitted on one after another. The blanket can basically be knitted with any yarn. Just make sure all the skeins are the same quality.
