If you're looking for a small cotton project to work on in between, I recommend these wash mitts with an exfoliating effect. They are quick to finish and can be knitted in any size. They were very well received as gifts.

The patterns are easy to follow and won't get boring.

Doll clothes can be knitted very well from leftover cotton yarn. For example, this little raglan overall, which fits both dolls and teddy bears sized 25–35 cm. It’s also easy for toddlers to put on and take off.

Here I have a crocheted triangular shawl for you made from a thin cotton yarn. This yarn is now available in so many colors and color combinations that it’s getting harder and harder to decide which one to choose. 

I love this shawl not only in the evening or on cool days, but I also like to drape it over my shoulders during walks to protect myself from the sun. 

For this pattern, you’ll need to know double crochet, single crochet, and chain stitches. The pattern includes a written explanation of the pattern, and I’ve also included a crochet chart. You can choose the size yourself; the shawl is crocheted from the bottom up. 



These pennants are fairly quick to crochet. The letters are crocheted right in—I’ll show you how to do that in the pattern.
