Doll moms and their little darlings are always happy to get new summer clothes. Fashion dolls in particular, who are constantly being changed, always need something new to wear

 
You can crochet 10 different pieces for a summer vacation using this pattern: a bikini top, bikini bottoms, a top, shorts, a beach bag, a fringed tunic, a sun hat, a lace top, a maxi skirt, and capri pants. All pieces can be mixed and matched.

Mermaids are always “in”! This mermaid outfit is easy to crochet. It consists of a fishtail with a fin, a floral top, and a matching hair accessory. You can use leftover yarn to make it. If you know the doll mom’s favorite colors, your gift is sure to be a hit.

A dirndl looks great on all little dolls, even if they’re not from Bavaria. With this dirndl featuring a short skirt and a matching heart-shaped pouch, you can also let the doll mom’s favorite colors guide you. The blouse is crocheted on, so it isn’t bulky and is easier to put on.

Dolls (45–50 cm) need pretty summer clothes too. This outfit with a raglan top, pants, and headband even fits small newborns. All pieces are easy for toddlers to put on and take off, too, since there are no buttons.

To the knitting pattern

If you’re looking for a pattern for a roomy summery gift bag, then I’d like to show you this one.


 
The bag is made from photo cardstock and measures approx. 25.5 x 26 x 9 cm. It is very easy to craft; you just need a little patience when cutting out the many flowers and circles.

Light and airy to slip on for summer:

The Seafoam PonShirt is half poncho, half shirt. Of course, you can also crochet it in tunic length—then you’ll have a beach cover-up. Or wear it as a shirt in the city over a slim spaghetti-strap top.
