Dear users, dear designers,
have you eaten up all the Easter bunnies and the colorful eggs too? I wish you a lovely weekend.

Yeah, chocolate bunnies—that’s a whole other story... You just can’t tell by looking at one of those bunnies that it weighs exactly as much as a bar of chocolate. And once I’ve taken a bite, I feel so bad for it that I just have to put it out of its misery and gobble it right up...

There are still some survivors here too, but we also had quite a lot—thanks to our kind neighbors. But they certainly won’t get very old either....

We actually had some sunshine today; it lifts your mood right away! And on Sunday, we’ll celebrate my birthday a little more; the family is coming, and I’m really looking forward to it.

There’s nothing left here either. There are just the two of us, and we had these little mini bunnies in our mixed Easter bag. That’s enough for us.

Even without chocolate bunnies, I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Next weekend might really feel like spring. It’s very wet here right now, so I’m cozying up with my knitting needles and yarn.

Since Easter, my world has been turned upside down: My husband’s weakened heart led to further complications (organ failure), and so he began his final journey on Easter Sunday. Although the doctors had given us little hope, we still believed in a miracle… I must now try to find my way in this new reality. It’s not the first time I’ve been alone, but because this is final, everything feels completely different. In the evenings, it helps me to knit as usual (often with the cat on my lap)…

My deepest condolences! This must be very difficult; I wish you much strength as you embark on this new chapter in your life.
