Small dishcloths are quick to knit. Little sheep are perfect for Easter. 50 grams of cotton yarn are enough for one cloth, and prettily wrapped with a mug, it makes a lovely little gift to bring for Easter coffee.

Knit and purl stitches are used. There is a written description for the knitted-in motif, and I have also included a chart.

A little cuddly bunny for the Easter basket. A back and front piece are knitted, then joined at the end with a round of single crochet. Only the small bobtail still needs to be sewn on. The bunny’s size depends on the yardage and needle size.

What would Easter be without Easter bunnies? All children are happy to find a cuddly bunny in their Easter basket.

Hase Hoppel is a stuffed animal for the very youngest. Thanks to the different textures of the yarns used, it has a feel that is interesting for babies. This encourages them to spend a long time playing with their cuddly toy. So that they can grip their little bunny easily, the body is not stuffed. And of course, the eyes are embroidered!

Kindergarten children especially love finger puppets.  They can play with them more easily with their little hands than with hand puppets, and they can take them anywhere, because a little finger puppet fits in any pants pocket.

And here’s a particularly original Easter bunny: it’s a reversible doll that can be turned into a Santa simply by turning it inside out. So in one figure, you have not only a decoration for Easter, but also one for the Christmas season!

There are still a few days left until Easter. With my ideas, you can quickly whip up something for it. Leftover yarn is enough, and you probably already have some at home.
I hope you have lots of fun making them.

Warm regards from Ina

Small Square Basket
You can make it with or without a handle. The crocheted little basket looks lovely as table decor or can be used as an Easter basket.

Small Favorite Bag with Heart
Anyone who has children or grandchildren knows that they are always happy to have little bags where they can keep their treasures. You can also use the bag to collect the hidden Easter eggs in the garden. Quick to crochet, with a sturdy base.

2 Small Catch-All Buckets
These are also perfect for Easter. You can use up your colorful leftover cotton yarn and turn it into pretty, colorful storage baskets. They get their shape from empty plastic yogurt buckets. You could use them as vases for Easter greenery, decorated additionally with small Easter eggs, or hide Easter surprises inside them. After Easter, they’re great as containers for pens, paintbrushes, and the like. You get 2 versions to crochet.
