How do you decorate for Easter?

Dear users, dear designers,
would you like to tell us about your Easter decorations?

Here are some painted eggs, including an ostrich egg, two colorful chickens, and little bunny figurines. Various sewn eggs are hanging from fresh twigs. And I haven’t even started decorating yet.... Somehow I just can’t seem to get anything done.

Veronika, you’re not getting anything done, and I don’t feel like doing anything when it comes to Easter decorations—I’m just not in the mood for Easter at all, for whatever reason. I did think about it the other day, but then I told myself, “Nah, not yet—there’s still time, if at all.”

I feel the same way as Inge. I’m kind of a slacker when it comes to Easter decorations. I’ve been meaning to get something new for a while now, but first of all, I haven’t found anything suitable, and second, we have a new little kitten who’s knocking everything over anyway.
I don’t have time to crochet anything right now either, because my to-do list is still too long. Maybe next year.

Trying something new every now and then really does help—I noticed that with my Christmas decorations. I’d crocheted a gingerbread house, and it was actually a lot of fun to decorate it. I’ve already downloaded a few patterns for some Easter decorations, but I won’t be using them until next year.
There have been times when I didn’t decorate at all because I just didn’t feel like it, but I don’t do that anymore. I’ve realized that if everything looks the same all year round, it’s even worse, so I make small seasonal changes every now and then, and that actually lifts my spirits.

Today I brought the Easter decorations up from the basement. Now there are bunnies, chicks, eggs, and little flowers everywhere...

Easter decorations... I actually really love decorating... But my husband really doesn't like it when "things are scattered around for no good reason"... 😕
So it tends to be pretty low-key and understated.
My Easter bunnies are on the table... and I add a little something here and there 😁
