Have a peaceful Fourth Sunday of Advent, with some crafts, a hot drink, Christmas music, and some delicious cookies.
I’m going to enjoy this weekend to the fullest, because then my vacation ends, and on Monday I’ll be back at it, refreshed and ready to go. I’m sure the residents are already missing me.

Thank you—I wish the same for everyone!
I had a lot to do this week, with quite a few appointments, so we’re looking forward to a quiet weekend just the two of us. Sleeping in, above all—we’re not used to getting up early anymore.
There’s still a bit of paperwork to take care of and drop in the mailbox on Monday, but other than that, it’ll just be a cozy time with a book and some crocheting, speculoos cookies and mulled wine—and I’ve even got an exciting movie in store for us.
Christmas preparations are practically done. On Friday, we’ll buy the last of the fresh groceries; everything else is already here. I’ve been having drinks delivered for a while now—carrying them all around was slowly becoming too much for me. And I’ve been bringing the non-perishable items home bit by bit, completely stress-free.

I wish you all a cozy 4th Sunday of Advent with everything that makes life beautiful.

I’m going to knit the last few Christmas gifts—I’m running a little late this time. I’d also like to do some baking. We have a lot of snow right now, and walks in the snow are really fun.

Not much is happening here at the moment in terms of preparations... It’s more like things are going backwards with the handbrake on.

We’re all sick again. Sore throats, earaches... It’s really exhausting! 
Hopefully it’ll be better by Christmas 😊

@Tina, my health has been like an elevator—up and down. One day I feel great, and the next I’d rather just stay in bed. This year, these infections are really stubborn; they just won’t go away for good.
