Dear users, dear authors,
do you like making adorable models with pattern mixes and material mixes? You’ll love this.

@Authors,
2–3 patterns per author are enough. All models presented here must include a pattern mix or material mix, must not have been advertised in the forum in the past 4 weeks, and must have at least 10 sales and a minimum CR of 3%.

Babies love comfort blankets! They can grasp them more easily than stuffed cuddly toys and explore them with their mouths and little fingers.

The cuddly toys featured below are crocheted from three different kinds of yarn: the head, limbs, and little tail are made from fine chenille yarn, so the baby will love touching their little animal. The body is worked in a striped design with plush yarn and cotton and is not stuffed. To make the stitches easy to see while working, the body is not made with single crochet like the head and limbs, but with double crochet, which is easy to feel. These different patterns and materials create a very special texture that encourages the baby to keep engaging with their cuddly toy again and again.

You can choose between

Cuddly Bunny Hoppel

and

Cuddly Cat Mauzi

Baby shoes are a great way to use up even small amounts of yarn, and you can also use different types—like fluffy wool here, for example.

The shoes are knitted with a set of double-pointed needles. The pattern is created using slipped stitches, so within the round you only knit with one color at a time.

Here is the pattern

I really like the mix of black photo cardstock and colorful translucent paper, and I enjoy using it for window pictures and St. Martin’s lanterns. These two types of paper also make a wonderful combination in this lantern.

The lantern shown is made from photo cardstock and translucent paper. At approx. 22 x 20 cm, it is quite small and easy for children to carry. It is easy to craft and also well suited for beginners to make.
