These easy-to-knit wrist warmers are ideal for the current temperatures—they keep you nice and warm without feeling restrictive. In cool offices, you can even work at the computer while wearing them. Who knows what else this winter has in store for us... ;-)

The wrist warmers start and finish with a simple slip-stitch pattern, and the heart motif is simply knitted using a mix of knit and purl stitches. The pattern is described in such detail, including how to adapt it to other sizes, that even advanced beginners can give it a try.

These colorful Christmas ornaments look beautiful on any Christmas tree.
They also make wonderful Christmas gifts. Your friends and relatives will be delighted with them.
These Christmas tree ornaments are inspired by the African Flowers technique. They are crocheted with glitter cotton yarn and cotton yarn. You can fill them with stuffing or crochet around a plastic or Styrofoam ball.

The Romy vest is sure to become your new favorite piece.
It’s knitted in an unconventional way, yet you only need to sew a short section together under the arms. Since it’s knitted with thicker yarn (250m–300m per 100g), it comes together quickly.

Brand new in my shop, you'll find the crochet pattern for this funny bottle gnome. It is very decorative and can easily be made even by crochet beginners. Adapting it to different bottle sizes isn't difficult either, so the bottle gnome can be crocheted for many different beverage bottles.

My new crochet pattern was finished just in time. Okay, maybe a little later than originally planned. But you can get started right away, and a little pumpkin basket is quick to crochet.

What do you get with this pattern?
Step-by-step instructions (with lots of photos and crochet charts) for a pumpkin basket with two possible sidewall patterns, a lid with a stem, a basket optionally with a handle, and two different leaves and vines. There’s also a quick reference section for crochet pros or repeat makers, as well as some tips.
The finished baskets measure between 6 and 12 cm, depending on the yarn weight you use. We’ve tested the pattern up to yarn weight 6; this will give you a nice, sturdy basket that you can even fill. It looks lovely on an autumnal table. And using thinner yarn, you can crochet small baskets with handles to hang them, for example, from branches or on an autumn garland. Take a look at the examples to get an idea of all the variations you can crochet with this pattern.

Do you have some leftover sock yarn (about 50 g)? How about knitting a loop scarf? It’s nice and fluffy and soft, and it’s really easy to knit—even for beginners who have the basic skills, such as knitting a simple lace pattern.

No matter what yarn you want to use, anything is possible here. Using your gauge, you can calculate any width you want. And of course, you get to decide the height yourself.

This is a wonderful way to use up leftover yarn and treat yourself or a loved one.

My husband and I have our wedding anniversary this month, and we’ll be spending a few days in Bamberg. I created the Bamberg Beanie for this trip. The beginner-friendly knitting pattern is fun, and the beanie is quick to finish. The style is modern and unisex. You can fold up the cuff, or wear the beanie as a long beanie.

Minimal design, maximum comfort. This Comfy Slipover can be knitted sleeveless or with long sleeves. Both versions are explained in this pattern. The sweater is knitted seamlessly from the top down. The pattern is beginner-friendly—go for it!

You can wear the slipover like a T-shirt on warm days. And when it’s a little colder, wear it over a blouse or a T-shirt.

This is Ophelia, the little witch, with her cat. They live together deep in the forest and cook up a delicious little soup.

Follow my pattern to crochet Ophelia with her cauldron, pumpkin, broom, and cat. She makes a wonderful Halloween decoration and would be thrilled to have a spot in your home!

Why do I enjoy knitting chunky socks? Because they knit up so quickly. And of course they’re nice and warm, too.
“Sima” is a pattern for chunky socks knitted with the yarn held double. Using a little trick, the socks are knitted inside out and then turned right side out at the end. So you don’t have to knit all those purl stitches you see! The pattern is easy, and sizes 36/37 through 50/51 are included.

With large needles and double yarn, these arm warmers can be knitted quickly in a single weekend. A beautiful cable pattern adorns the back of the hand and adds variety to the knitting.

I designed these arm warmers for the office. They keep the backs of my hands nice and warm, yet still give me enough freedom of movement in my fingers to use the keyboard.

Go your own way! Mainstream is a beginner-friendly colorwork project with a beautiful pattern. The fish swimming against the current symbolize people who dare to be different. The pattern is easy to remember, and there are no long floats. We knit from the cuff to the toe; the heel flap and wedge toe are described in the pattern. You’ll need 4-ply sock yarn as the main color and two other colors—you can use leftover yarn for these. Go for it!

When a loved one isn’t feeling well, you might want to give them a little guardian angel to offer some strength and comfort. This little angel is quick to knit and can be used as a washcloth or dishcloth. The pattern is written in such detail that even beginners with basic skills can follow along easily.

Do you also like it when accessories go well together? Then grab your set of double-pointed needles and knit the matching wrist warmers to go with the Bamberg Beanie! The Hallstadt wrist warmers are knitted with SoWo-weight yarn using two strands. You can also use DK-weight yarn—in that case, one strand is enough. It’s knitted in the round, and the ribbed pattern is beginner-friendly. The thumb is shaped with a gusset. It looks great and fits perfectly.
