Little girls simply love pink! So what could be more obvious than crocheting the Guardian Angel for School Starters (Girls) in shades of pink? The little bag charm angel goes into the school cone as a special gift and can later accompany the child to school every day, dangling from their school bag, and protect them. The little angel knows exactly how school starters feel: it carries a school cone and a school bag itself, which can even be opened to tuck a small item inside: Mom and Dad’s phone number, for example, or a little encouraging saying.



A princess naturally dresses in pink! That also goes for the Princess Hand Puppet, which you can crochet yourself. If you have suitable leftover yarn at home, you don’t even need to buy new yarn for it. For this hand puppet, 30 g of Catania Glitter Rosé and 10 g of Catania Himbeere were used. Also 20 g of cotton yarn in a skin tone and remnants of silver glitter yarn, as well as a little mohair yarn for the hair.


And, of course, a lucky pig has to be pink too! This little pig was crocheted around an empty Kinder Surprise egg capsule. That way it doesn’t need to be stuffed and can also be opened, so you can hide a small surprise in its belly.

Dishcloths or washcloths can be knitted in any color. Here you can knit 6 different patterns in 6 different colors. I’ve included pink, too.

I made the bag out of photo cardstock; with the handles, it measures approximately 22 x 28 x 7.5 cm. It’s easy to make and well-suited even for beginners with a little crafting experience.
