Dear users, dear designers,
here in this thread you’ll find new weekend projects, lovely bestsellers, and small projects you can work on while on the go or in the garden. Also great for leftovers. Have fun with them.

@Authors,
2-3 patterns per author are enough. Don’t forget links, images, info, etc.

A washcloth or potholder is great to knit from leftover yarn, even on the go. This one with a peace dove is something special and also makes a lovely gift.

Small projects that are always fun to knit are doll clothes. Here you get a whole assortment you can use to dress a 35–40 cm doll.

To go with it, you can then knit this jacket with a different hat for the same doll size.

In the summer, I prefer yarn made of cotton or with a cotton blend. I’ll show you what you can crochet on the side while sitting in a garden chair

I crocheted this shopping bag out of cotton. The pattern repeats over 2 rounds, and you can easily adjust the bag’s size to make it slightly larger or smaller. The pattern is also great for using up yarn scraps.

Crochet pattern for a dishcloth - the pattern spans just one row and comes off the hook easily

This summer shawl takes a little more time - it’s crocheted from the bottom up and works well with Schachenmayr’s Tahiti yarn, which is 99% cotton.

Weekend and feel like using up some yarn?

Kamidome only needs a little leftover yarn, a hair tie, a crochet hook, and an embroidery needle.
Even though this uses Tunisian crochet, a regular crochet hook is perfectly sufficient.

The two-page PDF file (with a written-out step-by-step pattern and detailed photos) is suitable for beginners with basic knowledge.

Today is World Bee Day! So of course a bee has to be crocheted!

Little Bee Hanny  is an especially cute little specimen that is guaranteed not to sting! Hanny also has a honeycomb with her where you can set down your breakfast honey. Hanny will definitely take good care of it.
I crocheted Hanny with plush yarn to make her extra cuddly. But you can also make her with regular cotton yarn or acrylic yarn.

Octopus Oskar
fits into any nautical décor. I crocheted him from the leftover yarn of a four-strand yarn cake. Oskar can also be made nicely with cotton yarn.

And finally, one more lucky little animal: Lucky Piglet Felix  has dressed up nicely and put on his brand-new chimney sweep outfit. With lucky clover on his hat, he hands you a horseshoe and a lucky mushroom, wishing you all the luck in the world. Isn’t that a wonderful gift for someone dear to you?

Small projects that aren’t too time-consuming and quickly bring joy. Let’s see what I have for you ...

Just click on the headings and take a look at my examples. Maybe it’s exactly the right thing for you. I hope you have lots of fun making them and wish you a lovely weekend.

Warm regards from Ina

Modern Doll Dress with Summer Hat

The crocheted doll dress is figure-hugging and the length is adjustable. If you like, you can make a hat to go with it. 25 g of thin yarn is enough.

Insoles Made from Leftover Felting Wool

These are great to knit now and stock up on for fall and winter. They go into boots or clogs and keep your feet warm. You don’t have to buy insoles; you can make them yourself from leftover felting wool or leftover yarn with a high percentage of pure wool. A size chart is included.

Doorstop Sandbag

Now it’s the time of year again when it’s often windy or drafty. That can easily lead to doors banging shut in a draft. To prevent that and keep the door in place, you need a doorstop. Mine is suitable for indoors and outdoors.

These beautiful bookmarks make wonderful gifts for Confirmation, First Communion, weddings, etc.
You can extend the ribbon as long as you like—that way, you can turn them into gift ribbons, napkin rings, table decorations, and more :-)
