Men Who Do Crafts

Dear users, dear authors,
do we currently have any men who do crafts here? If so, what are you currently excited about?

I’m curious to see if any men are reading this and what’s currently on the minds of the male crafters 😊

I’m curious to hear about this, too—I don’t know any men who do crafts in my circle. Then again, I’m from a generation where boys and girls went to separate schools and had separate classes in elementary school: needlework for girls, shop class for boys. So that certainly didn’t help spark any talents....

We had both needlework and woodworking classes—even us girls.

I don’t know any guys who pick up a needle and thread either.

We do have a few gentlemen here on CP who offer craft tutorials. But they probably don’t like to chat about it in the forum.

Knitting used to be a male-dominated activity.

Personally, I haven’t seen a single man knitting or crocheting—at least not outside of the internet.

As for my school days, I took both home economics and woodworking classes.
