I'm asking this question for the umpteenth time. I can't open the downloads. How do I get my money back or find another solution?

welcome to the forum.
Have you unzipped the files? They’re zipped, so they can only be opened with a zip program. You’ll need to download and install one, and then you’ll be able to unzip all the patterns.
You’ll also need a PDF reader to view the files.
Do you have both of these on your computer?

What error message are you seeing?
What device are you using to download the patterns?

You can also read the patterns online after purchase—see the “Browse Online” button. Have you tried that?
