How do you express your creativity?

Dear users, dear designers,
how are you (currently) handling your creativity?

Dear Josefa,
there’s nothing to “manage” here. Creativity is always there. You see things, think about things, let your imagination run wild… and suddenly you have a new idea in your mind’s eye. Creativity is a quality you always carry within you. You can’t say, “This week, I’m not feeling creative.” It works in the background. Even if you keep your fingers still today or are mentally focused on something else, the wellspring of creativity never runs dry. At most, it just takes a little break :-)

Right now, it’s out and about with the knitting needles.
In between, it picks up the camera and tries to snap a photo or two.
Creativity also likes to try its hand at origami or little drawings every now and then.
Just whatever dear creativity feels like doing.

As Schuckelina writes, creativity is always there; it just rests sometimes more and sometimes less, depending on what comes up right now.

Creativity is always there—mostly when I’m knitting, but also when I’m taking photos or decorating.

Yes, I completely agree with Ina. It’s just there and expresses itself in different ways. Since I’m into a lot of different things, it comes out through knitting and crocheting, but also through writing, painting, and even cooking. That’s how I like to cook best. I look at what I have on hand and use it to whip up something delicious.

My mind is bursting with ideas right now. I’ve got a great new project in mind and need to figure out how to bring it to life. The catch is, it’s a Christmas project. But it’s also a bit bigger than usual. Well, we’ll see.

As has already been said here: “Creativity is always there.” And I couldn’t agree more!
