If you enjoy crocheting, crocheted nativity figures are something truly special. You can start this year—there’s definitely enough time to make the Holy Family (Mary, Joseph, and the Baby Jesus). This is a wonderful way to use up leftover yarn. Then, little by little throughout the year, you can add to your collection so that next year you’ll be able to show off a complete nativity scene.
In the patterns, I’ve noted for each figure which type and how much yarn I used. That way, you can best compare it with your own leftover yarn.

You can also start this reversible doll "Santa Bunny" now. If you don’t finish by Christmas, you can already use the side with the Easter bunny as decoration at Easter. During the Christmas season, the bunny is simply turned inside out, and there he is: Santa!

Angels can actually be useful as guardian angels all year round. So it doesn't matter at all if you don't finish these angels by Christmas. They also make wonderful decorations after Christmas.

Just before Christmas, it’s hard to keep up with wrapping gifts. It’s good if you’ve already prepared a variety of containers and only need to choose the right one.

I’m bumping this thread again so you can fill it with content. Lots of people work on their Christmas crafts throughout the year.

So I’m definitely not craving any Christmas patterns right now… At most, I can still imagine a few crocheted snowflakes, so we’ll at least have some in the living room if they’re already missing outside here in the lowlands. The few surviving tiny patches of snow don’t really count.
