Account isn't working

Good morning, I have a problem:
I registered here on February 21, 2016, as "die-Haekelhexxe." I accidentally closed the window, and EVEN THOUGH my account and password were saved, everything was suddenly deleted. When I logged in again with my email address, I was given a completely new account that says I’ve been registered since January!
I’ve already checked all my passwords and all my other email addresses, but it’s as if "die-Haekelhexxe" has been deleted!!!
