A colorful summer dress for 2- to 3-year-olds can be wonderfully knitted from leftover cotton yarn. It’s eye-catching and easy to knit. Good knitting skills are required here. The dress is knitted top down with raglan shaping—in one piece all the way to the bottom—and there are small cables along the raglan lines.

For the older sister (ages 3–4), this colorful summer skirt can be knitted. That way, the two will have a matching look of sorts.

And to complete the matching look, the doll (45–50 cm) gets a pretty, colorful skirt too. Add a matching sweater and a hairband. These pieces are great for knitting from the leftover yarn from the skirt.

Knitting Pattern for Baby Summer Pants in Sizes 68 and 74

After knitting the lace pattern on the legs, continue working in rounds—this way, there’s no sewing required at the end, and the pants are (almost) seamless.

Today I'd love to show you my summer fashion for little dolls. My granddaughter Bella always thinks she's in paradise when she visits me ... so many pretty colorful doll clothes, it makes a child's heart smile.

Here I’d like to show you my summer shirts:

The SamYak Shirt is easy to knit; it can be knitted in one color, or also works well in multiple colors.
The pattern includes size information from S to XL.



The Mira Shirt is knitted with cotton. No seam is required, as it is bound off together at the shoulders.
The pattern includes size information from XS to XXL.



The Anshis`s Leaves Shirt  can be knitted in 2 different ways: in one piece or in 2 long strips that are sewn together in the middle.
