Kids like their clothes to be comfortable and colorful. And almost all girls love to dress up in a pretty little dress. Here are two suggestions from me that are sure to make little girls’ hearts beat faster. Both patterns are knitted from the top down using the raglan method and are easily adjustable in size. The appliqués are crocheted and sewn onto the finished dress.

This adorable tunic can be crocheted very simply in a solid color, or with a variegated yarn, or in cheerful bright colors, with short or long sleeves. Just according to personal taste :-) The pattern is written out for sizes 98 and 116, but the size can easily be adjusted to other measurements.

This chic set consists of an A-line dress and a matching bolero jacket. Depending on the color, you can give the dress a completely different look, for example simple and elegant, fairy-tale playful, or colorful and bright. The size can be adjusted individually.

Little boys in particular will love this jacket! The jacket doesn’t have any annoying buttons—it fastens with a zipper instead. It’s knitted in stockinette stitch; the motifs are crocheted and then sewn on. The pattern covers sizes 80/82 and 92.

And here’s something else for little boys: Many of them don’t want to wear a hat, but they’ll love this firefighter’s cap! It’s crocheted from soft, neon-yellow acrylic yarn. To make it look especially authentic, a piece of black cotton fabric is sewn onto the back as a neck guard. (This isn’t absolutely necessary, though.)

What kind of beautiful/comfortable children’s clothing is available in my shop? Wait, I’ll go take a look ... here’s my little selection for you.

I hope you enjoy looking through them and making them yourself.
Warm regards from Ina

Summer Hat "Emily"
Beautifully airy and light, crocheted from cotton. You can make the flower as a decoration, but you don’t have to. If you like, you can thread a colorful ribbon through it as a decorative element.

Insoles from leftover felt wool
You can always knit these from a few leftovers to keep on hand. The washing machine takes care of the felting. That way you’ll always have soft insoles for rubber boots and clogs in stock. They cushion your step and keep your feet warm.

Universal Cowl
You can knit it for the whole family and of course for the kids, too. For a children’s cowl you only need 100 g of yarn. I prefer yarn with a color gradient for that, since children love things nice and colorful.

Felted Moccasins
You can make them for the whole family and of course for the kids, too. They are very comfortable, don’t pinch, and keep feet warm. Even in summer, you’re well equipped with them on laminate or tile floors.

One-Step Felted Booties
If you need slightly warmer felted shoes for fall and winter, you can choose this model too. They are knitted in one piece and felted in the washing machine.

Free Pattern for the Children’s Hat "Spiralibus"
Here’s another little treat for you. Next fall/winter is sure to come. And then this hat would be just the thing for your children or grandchildren. Thanks to its twisted shape, the hat adapts to the head circumference.

Oh, I didn’t want to leave out these two children’s clothing patterns ...

So how about a wrap-around jacket and a matching hat for the little ones? You can knit the set in 2 sizes. It is made from very soft wool, grows with the child for a while, and has a decorative cable as trim.

And then there are the felt shoes made from leftover felt yarn. This pattern also includes the instructions for the handmade leather soles. You can make the shoes in all sizes. You can also pack them up nice and small in your travel bag, giving your feet a feeling of being at home wherever you are.
