I really like raglan from the top down as a knitting or crochet technique for sweaters and cardigans. You basically start at the neckline and keep knitting in one piece. You can easily adjust the sleeve length, bust circumference, and overall length to each individual shape. And there are no seams, which I especially like. Here are my RVO knitting designs. Doll fashion: Cardigan in variable length + hat
You can knit the cardigan as long as you like and also adapt it to any doll. A few grams of yarn are enough.



Cardigan with shawl collar for adults
What works for dolls naturally works for adults too. The cardigan has a large shawl collar, which gives it an elongating look. The yarn is wonderfully soft, and the color gradient comes straight from the ball of yarn.

Crochet pattern for the "Lenja" dress

These two cute little dresses are the perfect outfit for summer, which is sure to be here soon. They’re knitted from the top down in RVO, making them easily adjustable in size. The appliqués are each crocheted and sewn on.

I prefer making tops as RVO, because this seamless method lets the project be crocheted or knitted to any size.

Crochet sweater

You’ll need 250 g of 4-ply yarn (50% cotton, 50% acrylic) for the dimensions 45 cm high, 50 cm wide (measured flat).



Sama

Is a light and airy sweater for warm days.
The model shown measures 50 cm in length and has a circumference of 90 cm.
The sleeve length from the shoulder is 30 cm.

The yarn requirement for the above measurements is 140 g of 3-ply yarn (50% cotton, 50% acrylic)




Hishi is a simple sweater whose highlights are the diamond-shaped lace patterns above the cuff and on the outer sides of the sleeves.

Dimensions and yarn requirements for the model shown:

40 cm long and approx. 52 cm wide (measured flat).
The sleeve length (shown here as half-length) is 45 cm.
185 g of 4-ply yarn (50% cotton, 50% acrylic - 1,000 m / 250 g)
