With the Doubleface knitting technique, you can knit wonderful pictures. How about a day in Paris, for example, complete with the Eiffel Tower? This placemat reflects the romantic mood so typical of the City of Love. For experienced knitters, it’s a great challenge.

These gym bags will keep advanced crafters interested too :-) The base is crocheted in rounds, while the rest is knitted in Doubleface. The gym bag is very sturdy thanks to the double knitting and can be used for many years. A beautiful, personal gift for starting kindergarten, starting school, or just because.

The robin is one of the most popular native songbirds and was named Bird of the Year 2021.
If you want to crochet a robin, all you need is some leftover yarn in orange, brown, beige, and gray, and a little crocheting experience. You should definitely be familiar with crocheting with different colors.
The robin measures about 11 cm (from head to tail).

Every toddler from 1 to 1 1/2 years can really use knitted pants like these made from sock yarn. They have high-cut straps, so nothing can slip out of place. A cable is knitted into the side, which is not only an eye-catcher but also helps the pants fit nicely around the legs. They grow with the child at least until the age of 2.5 years, since the straps are adjustable.

Children's clothes are wonderful to knit with sock yarn. It is lovely and soft and also machine washable. This sweater fits 4- to 5-year-olds, and it is fun to knit and to give as a gift.

This jacket + hat made from 6-ply sock yarn fits babies from 3-12 months and even a little longer. It has a pretty pattern of knit and purl stitches. There is also a pair of pants to go with this jacket—both together optionally available as a value set.

The Clärenore triangular shawl is not very easy to crochet. But if you’ve already worked on a crochet project or two, you can manage this triangular shawl too. You’ll be rewarded with an especially airy shawl that is an absolute eye-catcher. You’ll find the pattern in my Blickfang-Design store.

Also something for advanced crocheters: The Daphne triangular shawl is crocheted in a textured pattern. The pattern lines up like little shells. You can get the pattern in my Blickfang-Design store.

The Kira triangular shawl is made using an unusual technique. I used a hairpin lace loom for it. But in principle, it would also work with a wide ruler. If you feel like trying something new, this is just the thing for you. And the result is really something to be proud of. You’ll also find this pattern in my Blickfang-Design store.

The Poncho Cube is knitted in rounds, and the cube pattern isn’t exactly easy — it has to be knitted with 2 strands at the same time.
You’ll need 300 g of sock-weight yarn, and the cube pattern is shown in a chart

The Poncho Cool Temptation
begins with a slightly more complicated lace pattern; you should already have some experience with lace knitting. The rest is easier to knit, and the size of the poncho can be easily adjusted.
You’ll need 300- 400g of sock-weight yarn.

If you want to bring great joy to a birthday boy or girl, you can make a pretty birthday card.

This pop-up card here is a bit time-consuming, but it looks especially pretty.

The card is made of photo cardstock and construction paper and measures approximately 21 x 10.5 cm. With a little crafting experience, it’s not hard to recreate, since the pop-up mechanism consists of a single piece and is easy to follow.

My shop is now celebrating its one-year anniversary, and what could be better than a Best-off shawl? And who knows better than I do which patterns are popular? My dear test crocheters, of course.
The Best-off Together shawl was created in collaboration with the girls. Pattern sections were picked out, suggested, and tinkered with to see what would fit best. It’s a huge pattern-mix shawl, and I hope you like it as much as I do. Best-off Together Pattern Mix Crochet Shawl (crazypatterns.net)

These patterns are for advanced crafters:

The Ensui short scarf is a decorative accessory for your blouse or dress. Knitted a bit longer, Ensui will keep your neck warm on cool summer evenings.
The sample shown weighs 36 g and measures 63 x 17 cm.

Mureki — with this pattern, you can make a tablecloth with many possibilities.
The entire tablecloth measures 88 x 88 cm and weighs 485 grams.

Uzumakisen are socks made using the double-face technique for cold feet.
The socks are knitted as spiral socks without a heel.
