Spring is just around the corner, and it surely won’t be too much longer before the first dresses can be worn. Young ladies in particular are very excited when they can slip into colorful, summery little dresses again. These two models are knitted raglan from the top down, which makes the size very easy to adjust individually. The appliqués are crocheted and sewn onto the finished knitted dress.



Knitting pattern for the “Balloon Dress with Pockets” size 92 / 98 - the fun pockets and colorful little flowers are an absolute eye-catcher on this dress. The waistband and hem are knitted in a simple but beautiful-looking mock cable pattern. The pattern is written for size 92 / 98, but thanks to the RVO method, the dress can be easily adjusted.





Knitting pattern for the “Fairy Dress” size 110 / 116 - the perfect dress for all true fairy fans :-) The little fairy sits dreamily on the flower and conjures up little stars with her magic wand. The pattern is written for size 110 / 116, and of course the size can be adjusted individually.

I also have a few recommendations for top-down raglans. It’s a really lovely technique where you knit everything in one piece and have no seams at the end. So there are no thick bumps from sewing seams, and it always fits beautifully.

The three designs I’m presenting are all doll clothes. All of them are knitted with a set of double-pointed needles. I hope you enjoy looking at them and making them.

Turtleneck sweater with cable pattern
Here the length is adjustable. So you can knit short sweaters or long tunic sweaters. A few grams of soft, thin wool are always enough.





Cardigan
Here, too, the length is adjustable and small leftover bits of yarn are enough. You can use them to wonderfully conjure up a few pretty cardigans and delight the doll moms.





The Ice Princess’s Coat
This design is started with the hood and then continued as a top-down raglan. My granddaughter thinks this coat is magical :-)

A colorful cardigan knitted from merino wool is just the thing for toddlers playing outside right now. They'll be perfectly dressed in it. It even has pockets and a hood. The cardigan fits approximately sizes 92 to 104.

A sweet colorful cardigan with matching hat for dolls (approx. 43-50 cm) or small newborns. It is knitted in a mix of patterns using leftover yarn.
