The double-face knitting technique is a great change of pace for advanced knitters. The featured models are all knitted in double-face. Detailed instructions for the basics of double-face are included free with each pattern.

This cozy first cardigan with a hood makes an especially lovely gift for a newborn. It fits up to about 4 months, and later the baby doll can wear it. The cardigan has a pretty heart lace pattern and is reminiscent of traditional costume style.

For toddlers, the time is coming soon when they’ll be playing outside a lot again. Especially for the transitional season, a warm cardigan like this made of merino wool is just the thing. The hood and pockets are especially practical. The cardigan fits approx. sizes 92 to 104.

For toddlers, playing outside also definitely includes a tricycle, Puky, or balance bike. This bag is especially popular with little ones because it fits perfectly on their vehicle.

It is crocheted sturdily and has a double bottom, so nothing can get lost.

Daphne triangular shawl

The textured pattern in the asymmetrical Daphne triangular shawl isn't exactly easy. But it's worth it. On the front, shell follows shell, while the back looks like a V-pattern and is reminiscent of knitting. Both sides are wearable.

Arielle triangular shawl

The pattern used here is not suitable for beginners. You'll need some crochet experience for the delightful Arielle triangular shawl. But once you've got the hang of it, the pattern is a lot of fun. Visit my Blickfang-Design store and be inspired by my patterns.

Birutė stole

Learning a new technique is always difficult. Take on the challenge and try the hairpin lace crochet technique. You'll be rewarded with enchanting lace patterns that you can create only with a hairpin lace loom. Stop by my Blickfang-Design store; you can get the pattern there.

Need ideas for a unique spring door wreath ? Here’s one!
With a little patience, you’ll create a beautiful piece for your door and use up some scrap photo card in the process.

For this 30-cm wreath, you’ll need photo cardstock in four colors and some decorative ribbon. You decide which colors to use for your wreath.

Sometimes it’s nice to make something a little more elaborate - and why not try something new?
The Cleopatra triangular shawl features Fair Isle patterning alternating with slip-stitch and lace patterns, so there’s plenty of variety.
You’ll need 200g of yarn with a yardage of 425m per 100g in two high-contrast colors.

If you’re looking for a little challenge, I’d like to suggest the following craft project: To recreate this tea light holder, you’ll need patience, precision, and ideally some experience with so-called “twist boxes,” since the same twisting technique is used here.

The tea light holder measures approximately 8 x 10.5 x 8 cm and is made from cardstock. The detailed instructions describe each step precisely and include illustrations.
