I bought a crochet pattern for a “doll carrier.” Unfortunately, I got ripped off—what I was offered is worthless!!! I’d say, “Stay away.” The download is only two pages—okay—but after that, it’s just gibberish. I complained about it on December 20. Unfortunately, no response from the seller.

You haven’t sent me a message either through the messaging feature here on the platform or via my email. I’m sorry if you’re having trouble printing the pattern. But that’s definitely not the pattern’s fault. Over 1,600 customers have already downloaded it and crocheted it. So I don’t know what your problem is. You have several ways to send me a message, and you can also contact support if there are problems.
Your claim that the crochet pattern is worthless is therefore incorrect, and you weren’t taken for a ride either. If you sent me a proper and polite request, I would of course help you right away.

Well, I don’t want to get involved here, but I’ve also bought patterns from Polly and Paul, and I haven’t had any problems. I have to stick up for Polly on this one.
We’re like one big family here—everyone respects each other—and I find your tone very hurtful. There are other ways to express your frustration.

I’m both a colleague and a customer of Polly & Paule, and I can only say that the patterns are described in great detail. Before people start spreading discontent here, I always recommend writing to us authors directly. Then we can easily resolve such issues.
