how are your Christmas gifts and Christmas decorations coming along?

Yes, everything’s done. The Christmas mail already went out today. Now it’s time to enjoy the holidays.

The Christmas mail was sent today.... 

I’ve got everything ready too, except for the tree—I’ll get to that sometime this week, we’ll see.

I sent a package today.

Here in my sofa corner, there are still three Christmas gifts I’ve started, but none of them need to be mailed yet, so I still have time.

The Christmas decorations are done; I cut down the tree in the garden today, and I’ll bring it inside and decorate it this week.

I’d like to bake some Christmas cookies—we’ll see if I can find the time.

I just finished a little Christmas decoration as a gift for our landlord. She always gives us a little something, too. I don’t think I can go wrong with this. Just add a little card, and it’s done. The little toadstool really spices things up. I still had some decorative moss left over.

I just dropped off my Secret Santa package at the post office.

I’m still busy sewing, knitting, and crocheting.

This week, a Christmas greeting left the house: a pendant with an embroidered Christmas motif.



And then, after a walk in the woods, I decorated my little sewn trees (made from an old pillowcase) with moss.

I mailed the last 7 Christmas cards today.
Now I’m going to make a few New Year’s cards.

I used to embroider a lot of cards with thread art like this; now I do it every once in a while.
