Hello everyone,
Today I have a gardening tip for you. In the summer and late summer, I always harvest herbs from all over my garden. I use them to make fragrant
herb salt
. This makes a wonderful gift or something to enjoy yourself. It goes well with many dishes and tastes like summer. I took some photos just for you. Maybe you’d like to try making it yourself.
Best regards—Ina
1. Pick the herbs
2. Let the herbs dry in a dehydrator or in the open air
3. Finely crumble the crisp, dry herbs. Remove any thick stems.
4. Mix the crumbled herbs with coarse sea salt and mixed peppercorns (and chili, if desired)
5. Fill a herb grinder with the herb salt
5. Attach a label as a decorative touch if you’d like to give it as a gift.
