Cute little keychains can be crocheted from leftover yarn, and you can use them to bring a little joy to friends and acquaintances. Here are a few examples:

  Little Airplane
A little airplane like this can also be made quickly by crochet beginners. If you make several of them at once, you can also craft a great, colorful mobile (e.g., for a child's room) from them.

  Little Seal
The little seal proudly balances a colorful ball on its nose. A little gray and colored cotton yarn is enough to make it - you’re sure to still have that in your leftover yarn box!

  Little Polar Bear
Little polar bear Björn is well protected from the cold wind with his colorful scarf. Do you have some white yarn left over? Wouldn’t you like to crochet Björn?

A cheerful, friendly decoration brings a smile to the viewer’s face and spreads good cheer.

You can easily crochet this hanging decoration for the door or wall and give your leftover yarn a new shine. Whether bright and colorful or tone-on-tone, it’s a beautiful eye-catcher either way.

Difficulty level: easy, suitable for ambitious beginners with a little practice

This blanket is also a great way to use up your various yarn scraps.

Here, I started with the smallest ball of yarn in the center. The larger the blanket gets, the larger the scraps should be. You should know how to make single crochet, double crochet, and chain stitches.

This sweet little Schlüttli fits dolls measuring 40–50 cm, including Baby Born. Even preemies or small newborns can fit into it. For every little doll mom, it’s a highlight to dress her darling in real baby clothes. Here it is.

It is knitted with raglan from the top down, and leftover cotton yarn in different colors can be used nicely. The pattern explains every individual step.

This little sweater can also be knitted in the same size. Leftover yarn is plenty for this. The sweater can also be wonderfully colorful.

There are also sweet clothes made from leftover yarn for small teddy bears (25–30 cm). This sweater was designed for my Fynn and is knitted with raglan from the bottom up. Everything is explained clearly.

You can crochet these flowers from your leftover yarn and use them as decorations or to embellish clothing, bags, or gifts.

The flowers are very easy to crochet, even for beginners, and can be combined in many different ways again and again.
