A summer cardigan for 1- to 2-year-olds made from marled cotton yarn cake with a matching hat—that’s a great weekend project. Both pieces are very easy to make; there are no seams here.

This colorful little summer skirt for 3- to 4-year-olds is a great way to knit up lots of leftover balls of yarn. It could become the little princess’s absolute favorite piece. With knitting experience, it is easy to knit.

How about a matching look if the doll (approx. 45–50 cm) wears the same skirt as her doll mommy? The doll also gets a matching sweater and a headband. This is guaranteed to bring great joy when you give it as a gift. Everything is easy to knit and seamless.

The upcoming weekend with lots of rain is just perfect for cozy crafting on the sofa... How about a new bread basket? Whether for a single-person household, a couple in love, or the whole family, there’s a suitable project for everyone. All the models featured here are knitted in double-face, and the base is crocheted in each case.

Bread basket "Breakfast for you"
- with a diameter of approx. 14 cm, ideal for one person.

Bread basket "Breakfast for Two"
- a wonderful accessory for a romantic breakfast for two. Of course, it also makes a great gift for couples in love :-)

Bread basket "Have a lovely day" - plenty of room here for rolls, pretzels, and croissants for the whole family.

Knitting Pattern for Spiral Socks - Socks Without a Heel - Fit a Wide Range of Sizes

Spiral socks are knitted without a heel, so they fit across several sizes. This is especially a blessing for children as they grow quickly.

The pattern covers sizes 14–18 up to shoe sizes 46–47.

Baby Blankets—Knitted or Crocheted—Suitable for Beginners

Knitted Baby Blanket - cable look without a cable needle

This pattern requires only knowledge of knit and purl stitches. The size of the blanket can be customized.

Crochet Pattern for a Baby Blanket - starting from the center like a granny square, this blanket gets bigger round by round. It’s also a great way to use up yarn scraps.

You’ll need to know how to make single crochet, chain stitches, and double crochet.

Potholders are always useful. They’re not only practical, they can also be a real eye-catcher in the kitchen. Here are a few ideas:

Crazy Owls Potholders
The colorful Crazy Owls in the colors of the Crazy Patterns logo (red, orange, green, turquoise) are sure to catch the eye right away and bring a cheerful, colorful touch to the kitchen. They are crocheted double-layered so you can slip your hand inside.

Gingerbread Heart Potholders
On these “gingerbread hearts,” which unfortunately you can’t eat but can use all the better, you can write your very own message to the recipient. The lettering is made from foundation chains that are shaped into letters and sewn on with sewing thread.

Strawberry Potholder
Strawberry season! This fun potholder is a perfect fit for the kitchen! You can crochet it double-layered or single-layered, just as you like.

You can find even more potholders here!

If your child is starting school this year, you’ll surely want to decorate their room to match. The colorful picture decorates the window and helps them get in the mood for their first year of school.

The window decoration is made of photo cardstock and translucent paper and measures approximately 49 x 68 cm. It’s easy to make, but because of its size, it requires a bit of patience and a large work surface.

The Arctica soul warmer can be worn all year round. It is knitted sideways, so the size can easily be adjusted individually.
With just 200 g in sock yarn weight, you get a great vest.
The pattern is written out row by row and also shown as a chart.

If you’re often invited to celebrations and prefer to make your own gift packaging, then a weekend is the perfect time to build up a small supply of packaging.

Cube-shaped boxes are especially practical because they’re versatile, offer endless decorating possibilities, and can be nested inside one another to save space when stored.

These four small boxes are approx. 3, 4, 5, and 6 cm in size and are therefore suitable for smaller gifts. They’re made from cardstock, are very easy to make, and are also ideal for crafting with children.
