Dear users, dear authors,
here we go with the final stretch, and after that comes the awards ceremony.

You can reread the May projects in the link.

June Projects + May Projects: The Crazypatterns Handicrafts Group (No Advertising)
Info about the final stretch / May awards ceremony:

how does it work?
Simply copy the section in the post directly below between the asterisks into your text field / the reply field, fill it in accordingly, or delete what doesn’t apply to you.

When will the May awards ceremony take place?
Approx. June 4/5, 2020. All participants will be entered. No one goes offline without a title.

I’m “only” a user here, not an author on Crazypatterns; can I still join in?
All users + all authors can join in. Just write a post here in the final-stretch thread, and you’ll become part of the May awards ceremony.

May title awards: Everyone receives at least one honorary title.
If someone had many challenges offline / in everyday life during the month of May, this can, at the request of the respective user / author, be recognized with a suitable honorary title or with extra bonus points. If necessary, I’ll come up with a suitable title.

Earn extra points / bonus points and improve your own karma: Here’s how it’s done.
- For uploaded photos / pictures (only your own), there are extra
bonus karma points as always. Please do not upload other people’s images / images that don’t belong to you / images from the internet. These will be deleted.
- Finished handmade items that are given to dear people as gifts or donated will, of course, always earn you extra karma points / bonus points, to properly honor the time / effort / energy required for them.
--> Please provide the relevant details here in this thread.
- Feedback for the Crazypatterns authors (e.g., in the form of reviews, comments, etc.) is always rewarded with extra points.
--> Please write down details if applicable.

Details: My new patterns are a colorful mix, from curtains to amigurumis and decorations to shawls and socks.

Thank you to everyone who buys patterns here.

Wishlist Booster / Favorites List Booster
[x ] My wishlist of patterns I’d like to have / make has grown, because I enjoy clicking through the new patterns / great bestsellers / the authors’ shops, etc.
Details:
There are just always so many great patterns… Some of them have only made it onto my favorites list so far.

Hardworking Brownie in May
[x ] I was able to do / finish / complete lots of handmade projects in May.
Details about that:
In addition to the finished projects already mentioned (little guardian angels, dishcloths, shawl and bottle cover)
2 wash mitts were made (one is in use, the other will be a birthday gift) and Magnus Garden Mouse as a gift for a little girl.

[x ] I was also very busy offline / in normal everyday life in May.
Write details here, if you’d like to share:
I made elderflower syrup and jelly and sent many old magazines to paper recycling.

Forum King/Queen in May
[x ] I created forum posts in May (possibly even many) or at least created one post.

[x ] I took part in the monthly Crazypatterns craft group and had fun with it. = The respective monthly project threads.
--> At least one check mark in this section is needed; that’s enough for the title Forum King/Queen. :- ) The more check marks, the nicer, of course :- )
Thank you for your many posts.

Gardening season / Start of the 2020 gardening season
[x ] I had very pleasant cozy-blanket evenings / had lots of fun crafting in front of the TV.
Details:
Most of my handmade projects were made during TV evenings.

In the garden, I diligently weeded, sowed beans, and planted my new raised bed with zucchini, kohlrabi, and beets.

I’ve gone through everything once.
The awards ceremony is in the third post at the top of this thread.
Who’s still missing? What did I forget?

Hi Josefa,

Thank you so much for the (once again) fantastic awards ceremony. It’s great to see what you always come up with.

“Queen of Christmas Preparations” is awesome 😂

Thanks, Josefa, for all the wonderful titles. I especially like “Queen of the Cleaning Fiends,” especially since, even though I crocheted a cleaning fiend 😈, I’m actually pretty good at turning a blind eye to the mess at home (especially when I have something to craft 😉)

The Garden Mouse and Elderflower Queen extend their heartfelt thanks! (By the way, this was already my third Garden Mouse.) I really like the patterns by the two Norwegian designers, Arne and Carlos.
For June, I have (far too) many plans again; I’ve started with toe-up socks—something new for me—and I’m letting myself be surprised. I’ve also discovered lots of tempting patterns on CP again, and there’s still plenty to do in the garden and around the house. So I definitely won’t be bored!

Wow, Josefa, you really pulled a lot of titles out of my text...

This time I’m torn between two favorite titles:
the Feather Boa Queen and the Voodoo Queen.
I’m going to dance around a campfire in my mind with a feather boa and poke my little doll with needles 🤣🤣🤣

Thanks for the smile you gave me with that.

@bergli,
that’s nice of you to send me a card. :-)
Would you be so kind as to let me know if you own the rights to this image?
The image was also published on a Swiss website, and I’m not sure if they’d be okay with it appearing here in the forum.
I’ll just have to delete it if there’s any doubt.
