A “cute” little chicken like this can be crocheted really quickly from a few leftover yarn scraps. It’s perfect as a decoration for a blossoming branch, as a flower pick, or as a gift tag.
If you crochet several at once, you can also use them to decorate your Easter branch:

You can use the crocheted little fruits both as coasters and as glass covers, because a straw fits right through the hole in the middle. This keeps your drinks outdoors protected from annoying insects.
You can crochet the coasters very quickly and easily from a few bits of leftover yarn.

Guaranteed less than 30 minutes: kiwi, pear, lemon, plum, peach, apple - these are all fruits from my colorful fruit crate with crocheted fruit for the kids’ play shop, and you can crochet them in no time. The only trick here is finding the right colors. You can create especially beautiful natural effects with gradient yarn.

In my fruit crate you’ll find a total of 12 different kinds of fruit, all quick to crochet. (Some of them might take you a little more than 30 minutes, but definitely less than 1 hour!)

Kids are incredibly proud when they turn a year older. That’s why the birthday number is so important on their special day. These fun animal numbers are a playful way to display the number of new years on a birthday cake or a gift package:

You can quickly crochet a number like this from a small amount of leftover yarn. You can also use them to form years or a date and attach the numbers to a door wreath, for example.
You can find the crochet pattern for all 10 digits here!
