what are you working on right now?

I’m just finishing up a doll’s sweater to go with a little skirt. I’m also making a headband to go with it.

Hi. I was at IKEA with my mother-in-law earlier. She really wants to give Anton a play kitchen. He’ll get it on Friday. Then we’ll have time to put it together. Of course he’ll definitely need pot holders and towels for it :-)

I’ve picked out some fabric now and will start sewing later.

Then I’m still working on my Easter decorations, and unfortunately more and more ideas are growing in my head about everything Anton absolutely needs for his kitchen.

Unfortunately, there are also far too many great patterns for that here.... I need more hands and more time. ...but you all know how it is

I crocheted the play food for my grandchildren’s play kitchen, too. A particular highlight was a felt pizza that could be topped: with cheese, tomatoes, salami, vegetables... all crocheted.

That pizza looks great. Since Anton loves pizza, making one is at the top of my to-do list, too. But I’ll probably start with a fried egg :-) I’ll probably have that done by Friday.

I’m trying out some new patterns... let’s see how it turns out....

I love monkeys :) and I finally have the right yarn, so I’m tinkering away. Let’s see how it turns out in the end 

Sandra, I know all too well about the kids’ kitchen. My granddaughter was also determined to have the food she had on her plate. Fried eggs on toast, tomatoes and other vegetables, spaghetti, and even butter. So I crocheted all of that for her. She’s having a lot of fun with it.

First of all, this morning I unraveled the cover for my little Easter wreath because I didn’t like the green: too overpowering, too grass-green… In the meantime, though, it’s come a long way and should be finished tomorrow, and then I’ll start on the second one right away: one of them will be a birthday present for my sister. 

I finished crocheting my new shawl last night. I used all my leftover yarn in shades of gray, with a little pink and lilac. A total of 404 grams. Now I just have to weave in the ends today.
