Knitting Pattern for Baby Shoes with Slip Stitches

This pattern is also a great way to use up yarn scraps. They’re knitted with a set of double-pointed needles, and at the end, you only need to close the sole. Depending on the yarn yardage, the shoes will have a sole length of 8.5 to 10 cm.

Knitting Pattern for a Baby Blanket—Cable Look Without a Cable Needle

For this pattern, you only need to know how to knit and purl stitches. This blanket can easily be scaled to other sizes.

This cute children’s jacket in sizes 80/86 and 92 is knitted with thin acrylic yarn. The appliqués are crocheted and then sewn on. The jacket closes with a zipper at the front, so there’s no fiddly buttoning.

In sizes 92/98, this cheerful little summer dress is quick to knit. Since it’s worked from the top down using the raglan method, there’s no need for any seams. The colorful appliqués are crocheted.

Even the chubbiest diaper bottom should fit comfortably into baby leggings. These leggings made from sock yarn fulfill that wish and a few others, too. My granddaughter’s mother is absolutely thrilled.
