This cute baby pinafore dress features a lovely lace pattern that I recreated from a 50-year-old children's jacket of my own. The baby wears it as a dress, and later it can be worn as a tunic or little pinafore. Of course, you can choose the length however you like.

Recommended for experienced knitters. Fits from about 3 months to 18 months.

This pretty triangular shawl doubles as a poncho. For experienced knitters, this is a wonderful project that never gets boring. It’s just the thing for the winter months—that way, the shawl will be finished in time for spring, when you can show it off. It’s guaranteed to turn heads.

I love my “Blue Lagoon” sweater, which is knitted in a simple lace pattern. This makes it wonderfully light and perfect for wearing all year round—from cool summer evenings to spring and fall, and even in winter when it’s really cold. Then I just wear a T-shirt underneath, because the pattern is very stretchy and doesn’t add bulk. I knitted the sweater using gradient-colored sock yarn. This creates the turquoise-blue stripes as if by magic from the skein. The sweater can be knitted in sizes 36–40 and 42–46.

My “Spicy Autumn” poncho—or stole—is one of my favorite pieces because it can be worn in so many different ways.
The lace pattern is explained in detail, row by row, and is also illustrated with a chart—making it absolutely beginner-friendly.
You’ll need 200g of yarn with a yardage of at least 600m per 100g.

A beautiful pattern for a triangular shawl

Knitted with Schachenmayr Tahiti - a lovely gradient yarn - yarn requirement for a small shawl: 100 grams

You should be familiar with knit stitches, purl stitches, yarn overs, and knitting stitches together.
The pattern is explained in writing, and you’ll also find a knitting chart if you prefer to knit from that.
