Boys aren’t usually big fans of hats. But that changes completely when they can feel like firefighters with this firefighter helmet hat.

The hat is designed for a head circumference of 54 cm but can easily be adapted for other head sizes.

You’ll need about 60 g of neon yellow yarn, a scrap of silver-gray yarn, and a scrap of black fabric (approx. 30 cm x 50 cm) to make the hat.

It's hat season again—and one thing is clear: in frosty temperatures, everyone needs to be well supplied when it comes to hats. Here are the bestsellers from fil-art-aue:

HAT KJELLRUN:
A cuddly-soft alpaca yarn, size 4.5 knitting needles, a pretty rib pattern that elegantly transitions into a diamond pattern—and the recipe for hat KJELLRUN is complete! This hat is really quick to knit, stylish, comfortable, and warm! You can still make it before the first snow!!!
Get started right away; you can find the knitting pattern here:

HAT ANOUK:
Already a classic, and with new yarns always right up to date again!! A simple lace pattern creates pretty waves, and with size 4 needles this model is also knitted up in no time! The light balloon shape is very flattering and feminine—hat ANOUK has already been knitted by many with great enthusiasm, and I love wearing it myself too!
You can get the knitting pattern here:

And finally, of course, the ever-popular HAT ANSGAR—the hat for men (though women like wearing it too ;-)) Because even if the gentlemen don’t like to admit it: in winter they sometimes get chilly ears too! The basketweave pattern with its textured effect really catches the eye, and the hat is truly quick to knit! You can still finish it by Christmas!
So grab your needles right away; here's the pattern:

Have fun knitting; winter can come!
Warmly, Annette

Babies and toddlers will love this hat because it opens easily with the buttons in the front. Plus, it keeps both the head and neck cozy and warm.

The hat is easy to knit, even for beginners with some knitting experience.

This hat for women and the matching loop scarf are colorful and cozy warm at the same time. They feature a knitting pattern that creates an air cushion

Both  pieces are very easy to knit. Everything is explained clearly.

There is also a matching scarf for the men's hat, which can be comfortably pulled over the head and won't slip. This set also keeps you wonderfully warm thanks to the air cushions created while knitting.

Hat knitting patterns for the whole family are what we're looking for. There are so many of them, and choosing keeps getting harder. I'll simply show you my personal favorites and add right away why they are.

For my information, sample photos, and the pattern, just click the headings.

I hope you have lots of fun browsing and always have "warm little ears" :-) Yours, Ina

Knitting pattern: Sloucy hat and infinity scarf or scarf

This set is especially popular with young girls. The long-form hat looks especially casual, and long hair fits nicely underneath it too. You can knit a scarf or infinity scarf to go with it. The set is made from cuddly-soft baby alpaca yarn. It's breathable and warm without weighing you down or making you too hot underneath.

Knitting pattern: Andrea hat with scarf or infinity scarf

This set is one size thicker and warmer. Here the hat is knitted double-layered at the ribbed brim. You can knit it in 2 sizes, and the color effects come straight from the ball of yarn.

Crochet pattern "Poncho in various shapes with hat"

Here's something for the doll moms too. With just a few grams of yarn, you can crochet a poncho (in different variations), a separate collar, and of course a matching little hat. Children love this set. And it's quick to crochet, even for crochet beginners. So you can easily crochet a few of them, which makes dressing and undressing even more fun.

My “Lina” children’s hat is knitted with 8-ply yarn and a glow-in-the-dark thread woven through it, so the hat glows in the dark when a light shines on it.
It features a simple slip-stitch pattern, and at just 60g, it’s quick to finish

The “Zandvoort” winter hat for women, men, and children—can be knitted in any size! Wonderfully fluffy and warm, it’s the perfect winter hat for the season. With this pattern, you can even learn to knit in two colors (the technique is explained). Knit your “Zandvoort” winter hat now, with or without a pom-pom—just the way you want it.

This “Hearts” beanie is knitted using double knitting and makes a great gift for anyone you care about. The pattern is written for a head circumference of 50–54 cm, but the beanie can easily be adapted for larger heads by adding a few stitches and rows.

Maru is a hat that even beginners can knit: either with a set of double-pointed needles or with a circular knitting needle.

Since I couldn’t find any 7-ply yarn, I simply worked with one 3-ply and one 4-ply bobbel at the same time.

Maru can be easily adjusted to different head circumferences, as it is knitted from the top down.

The 2-page PDF file includes written-out instructions as well as photos.
