This popular cowl and shoulder warmer is a very pretty yet practical piece that’s especially nice to wear right now in this chilly season. It can be knitted quickly and easily from a single ball of cotton yarn. Also a great quick project for beginners with some knitting experience.

Doll clothes are always a great little project to knit in between, and they’re very popular right now as Christmas gifts. Especially when the clothes look as if they were knitted for a baby.

Here are two designs that fit dolls or teddy bears sized 45-50 cm well, for example Baby Born too.

Both can also be made by beginners with knitting experience.

Small keychains are a nice little gift to bring along and can be crocheted quickly on the side from a few bits of leftover yarn. And as package tags, they make a gift even more personal.

Here are a few suggestions for you:

 Polar Bear Björn

 Moose Rudi

Little Seal

 Angel with Musical Instrument

Little Mouse

It’s best to always have a few keychains in stock at home!

Do you have lots of leftover 4-ply sock yarn and don’t know what pretty things you could make with it? Wrist warmers are always a great project for that!! For the EBB & FLOW wrist warmers 2 colors are combined, i.e., you need about 25–30 g of yarn per color. I have described 2 versions for you: one combining 2 sock yarns and one combining sock yarn with a lace yarn, depending on whether you prefer it a bit more rustic or very fine and delicate! The simple lace pattern creates pretty waves as you knit and is also easy for lace beginners to manage!

Feel like using up leftovers? Here’s the knitting pattern: EBB and FLOW wrist warmers

Have fun knitting,
Annette

These little baby booties are quick to knit.

They’re knitted with a set of double-pointed needles, and you should have some experience using a cable needle.

Depending on the yardage of the yarn, the booties will have a sole length of 9–11.5 cm

My Simply Loop is, as the name suggests, very simple and a quick project for in between.
You only need 2 x 50 g of yarn with a yardage of 160 m per 100 g. I knitted it with Noblesse.

This little bag, designed especially for Christmas gifts, has room for several small gifts or one larger one. To keep the excitement going longer, you can wrap each small gift individually—and to help the environment, you could use festively designed advertising flyers for this.

The bag is made of cardstock and measures approximately 23 x 30 x 13 cm. With a little crafting experience, it’s very quick and easy to make.

If you’d like to knit something smaller and learn a new stitch pattern at the same time, this pattern is just right. Two different patterns are explained row by row and also shown in a knitting chart. The result is two lovely dishcloths that you can keep for yourself or give as gifts.

You can also crochet very beautiful and practical items from your leftover scrubby yarn, which are also suitable as a small gift or hostess gift, for example together with a nice shower gel.

For example
