All children love puppet theater! With hand-crocheted hand puppets that you can design however you like, they can become puppeteers themselves and put on their own little plays. That encourages creativity and imagination and is lots of fun!

With the crochet patterns in my shop, you can crochet the following puppets:

Kasperl

Gretel

Seppel

 Grandmother

 Robber

Crocodile

Witch

 King

Princess

Prince

Wizard

Tip: If you want to save money, you can get the basic characters (Kasperl, Gretel, Seppel, Grandmother, Robber, Crocodile)

and the royal family (King, Prince, Princess)

as a value bundle.

At Christmas, of course, you can already start thinking about next summer. Plus, you can make these short-sleeved dresses winter-ready with a long-sleeved shirt underneath.

Both dresses are knitted in RVO, so the size can be adjusted for other sizes. The appliqués are crocheted.

You can find the pattern for this adorable balloon dress in sizes 92/98 here.

This little dress in size 110/116 is a dream come true for every elf fan; you’ll find tips for adjusting it to other sizes in the pattern. Click here for the knitting pattern

Handmade stuffed animals are always a good idea! At least kids think you can never have enough stuffed animals. And if the stuffed animal was crocheted by Mom or Grandma, it’s something very special, of course!
Here are a few ideas:

Cuddly Bunny Hoppel
This bunny is especially suitable for small children as a cuddle cloth, since the body is not stuffed. The different yarns (velvet yarn, plush yarn, and cotton) create a very special feel.

Alpaca Pamina
Anyone who loves llamas will be delighted with Pamina too. She is about 25 cm tall and crocheted from fluffy yarn. In the pattern, you’ll get tips for crocheting with this yarn.

Sleepy Lamb
A music box can be built into the little lamb to help the child fall asleep.

 Cuddly Kitten
You can also build a music box into this baby cat. The kitten will be about 20 cm tall.

Bully, the Elephant at the Beach
Little elephant Bully is a clever fellow who loves playing by the water most of all.

Speaking of water, why not cuddle with a seahorse ?

You can find more stuffed animals here in my shop!

Little boys especially love vehicles. Vehicles don’t necessarily have to be made of metal, wood, or plastic; they can also be crocheted. This is especially practical for small children because the vehicles are very soft and can even be “cuddled” with:

Locomotive Emmy

Emmy is also available as a complete train

Little Forklift

Mouse in a Hot Air Balloon

Small Airplane (bag charm)

For Christmas, it’s okay to do a little more, especially for the children - but I’ve had good experiences with not giving too many different things, and instead sticking to one theme.

In my Shop you’ll find two savings sets, each for a grasping toy, a crinkle cloth, and a music box that can also be made as a cuddly toy

Savings bundle Mathilde the Unicorn

   Savings set Lucky Child Giraffe

The patterns are suitable for ambitious beginners, and I’m also happy to help if you have any questions!
Have fun crocheting, giving gifts, and enjoying those children’s eyes lighting up!

It doesn't always have to be toys! The children are sure to love these decorative items too!

With this guardian angel, your child will always drift off to sleep peacefully!
When children can't fall asleep in the dark, this little crocheted guardian angel comforts them through the dark night. It is about 20 cm tall and stands over an LED light that can be controlled by remote control. You can adjust the color and brightness and also let the color change gently.
Here is the crochet pattern for the guardian angel!

The Noah's Ark Door Wreath
draws your child's eye again and again with its bright colors and exotic animals. It's a wonderful decoration for the child's bedroom door!

If you like door wreaths, you might also enjoy this wreath with the Star Money motif.
Who wouldn't want to stand in a shower of gold ducats?.

With the hobby unicorn Violetta, you can romp around indoors even when it's too cold outside, because Violetta is made of soft cuddly yarn and the stick is a soft pool noodle. That way nothing can break and no one can get hurt. And if need be, Violetta can even come to bed at night!

All you need is 60 g of neon yellow yarn, a leftover bit of silver-gray yarn, and a scrap of black fabric (about 30 cm x 50 cm).

And for little vehicle fans, this cardigan is ideal when it gets colder. The appliqués are crocheted. The knitting pattern is available in sizes 80/86 and 92.

Go on an adventure with the dinosaurs.

Pauli stands a proud 31 cm tall and is about 40 cm long. You’ll crochet two pieces, which you’ll join together with a round of single crochet stitches. No small parts to sew on.

Click here to go to Pauli’s pattern

This balloon cover is suitable for all children. Even the very little ones can play with it—protected inside our granny square, the balloon can’t pop. You can also play with it in the yard, because if it gets dirty, it dries quickly after washing. You’ll crochet individual granny squares, which are then sewn together. The pattern shows the individual steps with plenty of pictures.

How about a homemade jumping jack owl as a Christmas gift?

The owl is made of cardstock and measures approximately 22.5 x 27.5 cm. You’ll receive very detailed but unillustrated instructions, so you’ll definitely need some crafting experience for this.

Baby Blanket Lilly - a wonderful gift for the very little ones

-- to the pattern --

A very special gift - not just for Christmas - for new arrivals and toddlers.

The pattern explains step by step with lots of photos how you can crochet the blanket. Only basic crochet skills are needed.
For advanced crocheters, there are also crochet charts for the blanket and all the appliqués.

For the blanket, I used approx. 550 g of yarn cake (4-ply, yardage 190 m/50 g).
The blanket measures 95 cm x 95 cm.
