Is HE a soccer fan? Then how about a fun football mascot in Germany’s colors or the colors of his favorite club?

Tooorsten isn’t hard to crochet, since he basically consists of pentagons and hexagons. You’ll just need a little patience to sew the pieces together, but that’s explained in great detail in the pattern.

If it’s just meant to be a little something, a keychain makes a great gift.

Football Panda Pauli also comes in the colors of his favorite club and can accompany the fan to all his football matches, dangling from his keys. You can crochet him quickly using just a few bits of leftover yarn. It’s sure to go down well (even if you actually “weren’t going to give each other anything this year.”)

A wonderful vest with a cable pattern made of warm merino wool is a Christmas gift that men are sure to love. After all, they want to stay warm and look stylish, too. The vest is perfect for almost any occasion. The pattern is for size 48/50.

Recommended for experienced knitters.

Our men don’t want their heads and necks to get cold either. And it should be comfortable, too.
That’s why a hat with a cowl—which you simply pull over your head—is just the thing.

The knitting pattern creates a cushion of air that provides extra warmth.

Easy to knit if you have some knitting experience.

A pair of wrist warmers like this is extremely practical, because men often like to keep their hands free so they can really get a good grip. These come as a matching set for two, which strengthens that feeling of togetherness.

Very easy to knit from leftover yarn in your favorite colors—and your man's, of course. The ideal way to use up leftovers.

Little and big boys love trains. If he’s a particularly big train fan, he might be happy with a self-crocheted train as decoration. (You can also hide a little something or two in the wagons.)

You can crochet a long train with several wagons
Train bundle

or just the locomotive

I hope you have lots of fun with it!

A simple, understated scarf does more than just keep our husbands’ necks warm.
My “Eifelyak” is knitted using 300 g of wool with a yardage of 200 m per 100 g.
The patterns are explained in detail, illustrated with charts, and are absolutely beginner-friendly.

Men are often skeptical about handmade things. But you can win them over with the right items, and they’ll never want anything else again! Take a look at my ideas for this. Maybe there’s something suitable for your men. For more sample images, information, reviews, and the pattern itself, just click on the heading.

I hope you have lots of fun browsing and with DIY.
Best wishes - Yours, Ina

Knitting pattern "Universa-Loop"
-> in 3 different sizes, so for children, women, and men
-> for men, definitely use muted colors and fine yarn ;-)

Knitting and felting pattern "Felt Insoles"
-> you need these in winter for boots, or all year round to put in rubber boots or clogs (fishermen, gardeners, in the workshop); they are very easy to make yourself, insulate against the cold from below, and cushion your step

Knitting and felting pattern "Felt Boots with Roll Collar"
-> Men’s feet want to be cozy and warm too, without sweating, breathable and temperature-regulating, can be made in all sizes and favorite colors: you knit them, the washing machine does the felting

Free pattern "Seat Cushion"

-> you always need one if you have a garden, go fishing, take a trip, or go picnicking ..., insulates against the cold from below, keeps you warm, doesn’t pick up dirt, ideal for using up leftover yarn

Crochet pattern "Favorite Heart"

-> Ideal for romantic men, e.g., as a talisman in their travel luggage if a business trip takes a little longer, or also for hospital stays: he’ll always have something personal from his partner with him, perhaps scented with her favorite perfume ...

Knitting, crochet, and felting pattern "Colorful Felt Boots"
-> a second model to choose from, here the shoe was knitted and the colorful collar crocheted on right away, then the boot went into the washing machine for felting, all sizes possible

The back scrubber shower strap is a super practical and at the same time original gift for men. Also for those “I don’t need anything” and “I already have everything” men ;-)

The back scrubber is also ideal for crochet beginners and is very easy to crochet.

Quattuor Men’s Scarf—subtle pops of color for those who don’t like things quite so colorful

-- to the pattern --

This scarf is a great gift for men who love graphic, simple patterns.

Only basic crochet skills are required, so the scarf is also a lovely project for beginners with basic skills .

The pattern is, as always, described in detail, richly illustrated and includes a crochet chart.

The scarf shown was crocheted using about 350g of solid-color Bobbel yarn - it can also be crocheted with other yarn. The size can be easily adjusted.

This tool set with a hammer, saw, screwdriver, and pencil is a must-have for every “real” man!

Whether as a gift for big boys who just passed an exam, as a joke for beloved DIY kings, or for little boys—and of course girls—to play with… this set is definitely a fun eye-catcher and a creative way to give a gift card to a home improvement store, for example!

What shoe stores are to us girls, hardware stores are to men! Why not give him a gift card to the hardware store so he can browse to his heart’s content? And if the gift card is lovingly wrapped in a forklift, he’ll be over the moon!
