This cute ghost bookmark is so simple that you can crochet it quite comfortably while watching TV. It’s also very quick to make, meaning that even with short breaks (because the movie is so exciting right now), you’ll finish it in one evening in front of the TV. It’ll make a great little gift for bookworms who look forward to cozy evenings with ghost stories. Kids who stop by on Halloween will love it, too.

Especially in fall, we like to get cozy indoors in front of the TV and do some handicrafts at the same time. For that, the patterns simply need to be ones you can work without looking too closely or counting a lot. My 3 recommendations for you would be ... For more pictures, information, and the pattern, please click on the heading.

I wish you lots of joy with your handicrafts and an entertaining TV program to go with them.
Warm regards from Ina

Knitting pattern "Timeless Baby Blanket made from Merino Wool"
The ideal gift for a baby - made from cuddly soft, warming, high-quality wool. The pattern is wonderfully simple; you would notice right away if you had made a knitting mistake.

Crochet pattern: Rug "Spirella"
Wonderfully easy to crochet. You just keep going around and around in a circle, and you can memorize the pattern very quickly. And before you know it, the rug is finished, because we crochet with double yarn. The back is rubberized so that it is non-slip.

Crochet pattern: Mosaic Blanket made from Squares

We crochet many same-sized squares in different colors. It is a labor of love that you can do wonderfully in front of the TV. After that, we crochet them all together, then add a border around it - and the beautiful, colorful children's blanket is finished.

My “Diamant” scarf has a TV-friendly pattern and is a real eye-catcher.
The pattern is explained row by row and is also illustrated with a chart.

You’ll need at least 200g of yarn with a yardage of 400m per 100g. However, the size can easily be adjusted to your preference.

The triangular shawl "Olón" is a crochet shawl that grows in width rather than depth, elegant yet casual. The four different pattern sections repeat throughout, and with a cup of coffee or tea, the shawl can be crocheted very easily in front of the TV.

Here is the pattern

Alternating knit and purl stitches are TV-friendly

For the LiMaZo scarf, you knit only knit and purl stitches in a staggered pattern.

You don’t need a cable needle for this cable-like look. The pattern is described in writing, row by row, in the pattern, and you’ll also find a knitting chart.

For this knitted baby blanket , I also opted for a cable look without a cable needle. Knit and purl stitches, along with shifting the stitches, create this great pattern.

Suitable yarns for both projects include, for example, merino yarns with a yardage of 120–160 m per 50 grams.

Both projects are also suitable for beginners.

This headband can be adjusted to fit all sizes, both in height and circumference.

Basic knowledge of single crochet, double crochet, chain stitches, and half double crochet is required. The pattern consists of just one row and is repeated continuously.

The table runner

Click – to the pattern

The table runner is made using the Bruges lace crochet technique (size approx. 110 x 28 cm). If you have any questions, I’ll be happy to help. Have fun crocheting! It can be used not only as a decorative table runner, but also as a mat on the breakfast table, so that cups and plates can be placed securely and
gently on the table.

This short poncho made from sock yarn is great to knit while watching TV or even in the car. It gets finished almost on the side. Its short length makes it very practical. On the one hand, it’s nice and warm, and on the other hand, your hands and arms stay free. For me, it has become indispensable, and it’s so lightweight that I can take it anywhere.

Easy to make for beginners with knitting experience.
